Dora Lillian Shirley passed away at her residence in San Antonio on Sunday, July 4, 2010. Dora was born on December 12, 1954 in Falfurrias, TX. She was preceded in death by her parents, Homer and Julia, and by a brother, James. Her memory will live on through her siblings: sister, Pat and brothers,
Fred, Homer and Tom. Sons, Gamble and Jacob; daughter, Paala, and new granddaughter, Paaloma Lillian will forever remember her as a strong,
persistent, intelligent and loving matriarch. In addition, she is also survived by her best friend, Gary. In lieu of flowers, please go out to eat with your family and tip your waitress generously. A casual memorial gathering will take place at 4:00 pm on Saturday, July 10, 2010 at Scholz Garten in Austin, TX.
